Since the start of Season 2 you have the option to send other people contributor XP. Whenever you want to send someone XP simply navigate to their profile and click the three dots on the top right of their profile.
Here you will see the option to Send XP.
Once you click Send XP it will open the menu for you on the right side of the window. Just enter any amount of XP you would like to send this person and hit send.
