v3.9.2: Smoother vouch conversions, more consistent X links, and a bulk addresses API

Converting an already-withdrawn vouch no longer gets stuck, and X profile links are recognized the same way everywhere. Developers get a bulk endpoint for profile addresses and clearer API docs.

Released 2026-10-06. Converting an already-withdrawn vouch no longer gets stuck, and X profile links are recognized the same way everywhere. Developers get a bulk endpoint for profile addresses and clearer API docs.

Added

  • Developers can look up the addresses of up to 500 profiles in a single API request. Each address is labeled as a regular wallet, an embedded wallet or a smart wallet.

  • The Ethos API reference now describes every endpoint group. A compact version is available for AI tools, and the Ethos app and markets sites now link to it.

Deprecated

  • The old one-profile-at-a-time addresses API endpoint is deprecated and is scheduled to stop working on 2026-12-01. Switch to the new bulk endpoint before then.

Fixed

  • You can now confirm a Conversion for a vouch that was already withdrawn when the WHUF is in your connected external wallet. Before, the modal could say the wallet couldn't vouch WHUF yet and keep Confirm disabled.

  • A Conversion modal that is open when the Price-guarantee window opens now switches to the right flow instead of getting stuck.

  • X profile links are now read the same way everywhere, including the Chrome extension. Links like x.com/i/… and post links no longer turn into the wrong handle, and mobile.x.com links now work on more sites.
