How to withdraw from the old ETH markets

Sell your remaining holdings in the old Ethos Markets for ETH and claim your market rewards.

Written by node

The old ETH markets left the Ethos app on October 8, 2026, but you can still sell what you hold in them and claim your market rewards. Everything is in one place: the Withdraw from legacy markets drawer.

  1. From here you'll see any funds you still have in the legacy markets.

You'll only see this option in Ethos Network if you still have something to withdraw or claim from that side of legacy markets.

Sell your holdings

The drawer lists your remaining trust and distrust in old markets.

  1. Click Sell next to a holding.

  2. Check how much ETH you'll receive, then confirm.

A few things to know:

  • Each holding is sold in full. You can't sell part of it.

  • The ETH goes to the same wallet the holding was in.

  • If the price drops more than 1% before the sale goes through, the sale fails and you can try again.

  • You need a little ETH for gas in that wallet.

Holdings bought on ethos.markets

If you bought votes on ethos.markets, they're in a separate wallet that only ethos.markets can use, so you can only sell them there. Log in to ethos.markets with the same X account you use on Ethos, and sell them from there.

Claim your market rewards

If you had your own old market, you earned a share of every vote bought in it. The Market rewards card shows how much is waiting.

  • Click Claim to collect it.

  • Only the wallet that receives the rewards can claim them. If you see Connect {address} to claim, connect that wallet first.

What about my score?

The score from your old market is fading out gradually and reaches zero in early December 2026. Selling your holdings doesn't change that. See How Ethos Trade affects your credibility score.
