v3.9.0: Send WHUF from the Whuffie drawer and smoother vouching

Released 2026-10-02. You can send WHUF from the Whuffie drawer once transfers unlock. Vouching now picks the wallet that can cover your amount, and several vouch and profile display bugs are fixed.

Added

• A new Send button sits beside Buy and Vouch in the Whuffie drawer. Choose a recipient by Ethos profile, address or ENS name, pick your Ethos wallet or connected wallet, and enter an amount or use the quick-fill percentages. The button stays disabled until WHUF transfers unlock.

• If you don't have an Ethos wallet yet, the empty Whuffie drawer now shows an option to enable one.

Changed

• The Balance line on the vouch form now shows your WHUF across all your linked wallets, matching the total in the header.

• If no single wallet can cover your vouch, the form now explains that a vouch must come from one wallet and shows each wallet's balance.

• When you send WHUF to a profile that has no Ethos wallet, it now goes to their primary address. This applies on the trade page too.

Fixed

• Any WHUF in your Ethos wallet no longer locks a new vouch to that wallet. The form now uses your Ethos wallet when it covers the amount and fees, and otherwise uses your connected wallet. You can now vouch more than your Ethos wallet holds.

• The vouch form could show the title and description from an earlier manual vouch for a different person. Each time you open it, you now see only that vouch's text.

• Profiles no longer show an X handle after X confirms that handle belongs to another account. Name and avatar stay, and the profile still links to the X account.
