v3.9.13: Karma streak changes, a Validator bonus, and automatic WHUF guarantee claims

Released 2026-10-20. Validators now boost your Karma rewards, and the daily tasks Complete screen shows your streak as a journey with new milestones. Skipping every daily task now ends your streak. WHUF guarantee claims are recorded automatically when the treasury pays you.

Added

• Karma rewards now include a Validator bonus.

• The Complete screen after your daily tasks has a hero flame that grows as you get closer to your next streak milestone. On a milestone day it bursts with sparks. A journey ladder shows each milestone you've reached with its date, your current day, and how many days are left to the next one.

• Unlit flames on the streak ladder now look like the same flame turned off, and the ladder is drawn as one smooth line.

• Ethos now publishes discovery docs for developers and AI agents. These include an API catalog, an authentication guide for API keys, and a skill file that describes the public Ethos API.

Changed

• From the start of the Karma season, skipping every daily task ends your streak and earns no Karma for the day. Answer at least one task to keep your streak. "I'm not sure" and skipping a trust battle now count as skips.

• Streak milestones now fall at 7, 14, 21 and 30 days, then every 30 days after that. Long streaks keep reaching new milestones, and your exact streak count always shows.

• The old contribute page now sends you to Karma. Tapping a streak notification opens your daily tasks on the Karma page.

• When you redeem your WHUF guarantee by sending WHUF to the treasury, your claim is recorded automatically once the treasury pays you. Claims no longer subtract WHUF that an earlier unvouch already removed from your coverage.

Removed

• The Season 2 decision page is gone. Its old link now takes you to Karma.

• The Total Karma card no longer shows the token sale note.

Fixed

• If one section of a profile fails to load, such as the score history graph, the rest of the profile page stays up. Before, the whole page went blank.
