Why aren't my reach points updating?

It hasn't been an hour

Reach points update every hour. My stats and the leaderboard show when the counts were last refreshed and count down to the next run. Once a day the monitor rereads every curator's own timeline in full, which catches anything the hourly search missed.

The post wasn't found as an Ethos post

The monitor finds your posts by your handle together with the round's qualifying terms: ethos, @ethos_network, ethos.network and ethos.to. A post about Ethos that doesn't say so in words isn't found automatically. Ask in the curators Telegram group (the join link is on your Content kit page) and a person can count it by hand.

The post has no paid partnership label

Unlabelled posts are flagged and earn nothing. Add the label from the post's menu and it counts from then on. See The paid partnership label on X.

The engagement wasn't credible

Replies, quotes and reposts only score from accounts with an Ethos score of 1400 or more. Your own replies, one-word replies, generic replies and a second engagement from the same person on the same post don't count. See How reach points are earned.

Your score dipped under 1300

Earning pauses while your Ethos score is under 1300 and resumes when it recovers. My stats says so when this is the case. Your reach points stay.

The clicks were filtered

Link previews, bots, data-centre traffic and repeat visitors are dropped. If you posted the link and the preview card loaded, that's one bot click, not a person. See Your curator link and short links.

Your application is pending

On another project's campaign your membership waits for that project's approval. Clicks are logged in the meantime and show once you're approved.

It's an image or video post

Photo and video posts without an Ethos mention from some curators are held for review and shown as "waiting for review" on My stats until a person counts them.
