How to become a curator

Joining takes a minute at curators.ethos.network/join.

What you need

• An Ethos credibility score of 1300 or more. Ethos scores your X account even if you have never made an Ethos profile, so you may already qualify. Check at ethos.network.
• Human verification on Ethos. See Human Verification.
• An X account connected to Ethos. Sign-in is with X, and that account has to be the one on your Ethos profile.

If you're under 1300, the join page shows the gap and how to close it. Earning karma, getting vouched and collecting reviews all move the score.

The three steps

1. Sign in with X. We find the Ethos profile behind your handle.
2. Your score is checked. You need 1300 or more.
3. Agree to three promises:
   • Every Ethos post wears X's paid partnership label.
   • Earning depends on staying above 1300. If your score dips below it during a round, earning pauses until it recovers. Your reach points stay.
   • Real people only. Bots, bursts and click farms are flagged and excluded before payout.

That's it. Your link, ethos.to/c/<your handle>, is ready the second you join, and today's clicks count from that moment.

After you join

• My stats shows your reach points, how they were earned, your posts and your private payout estimate.
• My links holds your main link, lets you make short links to any Ethos page, and is where you set your payout wallet.

Joining another project's campaign

Other projects' campaigns on Ethos Curators set their own score bar and approve their own curators. When you join one, your application waits as pending until that project approves it; your clicks are still logged in the meantime and show once you're approved.
