When you create your Ethos profile, a wallet address is used to create your profile and that wallet is set as the "primary wallet" in Ethos.
If your primary wallet in Ethos is compromised, go to profile settings:
Add a new address that's not compromised through delegate(https://help.ethos.network/en/articles/11521198-adding-additional-wallets-using-delegate-xyz). After you've added the wallet delegation you go to profile settings and click add wallet.
To keep your vouches you would need to revoke permissions on the wallet and unvouch the current vouches to move the eth to a new wallet.
Currently your vouches and reviews are still tied to your wallet, removing the wallet will cause you to lose score and access to reviews and vouches. This will change in the future.
⚠️ However, if your wallet's private key or seed phrase has been exposed and are not able to put any dust back in the wallet for fees you won't be able to change the wallets YET.
Here are some recommended paths you can take
Add a new wallet through delegate as shown in the article linked above. Go to Profile settings and connect the new wallet. After this you'll be able to disconnect the compromised wallet.
If your private key or seed phrase was exposed, secure a new invite on Ethos. If your Ethos score is high enough(1600+) open intercom and ask to talk to a team member. We will review the case and see if we can let you disconnect your X account so you can connect it to a new profile.
We will update this once we have more details on self-serve support for compromised wallet addresses in Ethos directly.
