If you've connected multiple wallets and would like to remove one of them you can go to your profile settings here. Once you're on the profile settings page you will see your wallets. Click on the three dots on the specific wallet and there will be a disconnect button.
When you click the button it will prompt you to sign a transaction to remove it. Sign it and the wallet will be removed!
