Votes from users below the Known level are recorded but carry no weight, so building your credibility score is how you gain more influence here.
What happened to monthly vote balances?
Earlier versions of Sentiment were called Listings where each user received a spendable monthly balance of votes. This system has been replaced, you no longer manage a vote balance.
Make sure you choose wisely because you can't change your vote once you've casted it till the end of the month.
