Ethos syncs with Twitter on a rolling 7 day basis. If you’ve recently updated your Twitter profile picture or username, it may take up to 7 days to see that change reflected in Ethos.
However, you can manually refresh this setting yourself by clicking the refresh button under "Profile settings" and then "Social connections."
This will force a refresh and pull your latest Twitter info like handle, mention name and profile pic.
