Ethos syncs with Twitter on a rolling 24 hour basis. If you’ve recently updated your Twitter profile picture or username, it may take up to 24 hours to see that change reflected in Ethos.

For the first 24 hours, you may see some inconsistencies in the Ethos web app. These inconsistencies can look like you do not have a connected Twitter profile, but rest assured your profile is still synced with Ethos. Once Ethos has retrieved the updated profile information from Twitter, any inconsistencies will return to normal. If you do not see changes reflected after 24 hours, please let us know.
