By default you're not able to disconnect your X/Twitter, this used to be possible but the option to do so was removed after there were people trying to game the system and trying to sell their Ethos profile.
Okay so what can you do in case your X/Twitter has been suspended? There are two scenarios.
If your score is lower than 1600, you will need to get a new invite to Ethos and connect your new X/Twitter to that profile.
If your score is over 1600, you can contact a team member through support and we'll review the case.
